HEATED WORKHOLDERS
MECHANICAL CLAMP
MEI Mechanical clamp workholders come in a wide variety of sizes and configurations. The part is held between stationary adjustable clamp and a movable clamp. These workholder are available in the following configurations:
1.75" X 1.75" Substrate 2.0" X 2.0" Substrate
3.0" X 3.0" Substrate 4.0" X 4.0" Substrate 6.0" X 6.0" Substrate
In addition to the mechanical clamps vacuum hold down may also be incorporated.
DUAL MECHANICAL CLAMP
MEI Mechanical dual clamp workholders come in a wide variety of sizes and configurations. The part is held between adjustable movable clamps. These workholders are available in the following configurations:
1.75" X 1.75" Substrate 2.0" X 2.0" Substrate
3.0" X 3.0" Substrate 4.0" X 4.0" Substrate
Universal workholder for substrates up to 1.75" X 1.75', TO-5, TO-8, TO-18, and .300, .600, .900 mil DIPs.
1.75" X 1.75", 2.0" X 2.0", 3.0" X 3.0", and 4.0" X 4.0" slotted workholders for DIPs and packages with pins down. These workholders are substrate worklholders with an array of slot at .100" spacing (other spacing available on request).
In addition to the mechanical clamps vacuum hold down may also be incorporated.
VACUUM
MEI vacuum workholders come in a wide variety of sizes and configurations. The part is held by a vacuum hole in the center of the workholder. These workholders are available in the following configurations:
