The MEI703/709 are designed for eutectic die attach of IC's, transistors, and other small components to substrates or packages with or without preforms. Scrubbing action can be manual, mechanical, or ultrasonic. Components can be picked from waffle pack, mirror die dish, or optionally a film frame or expansion ring.
